![]() ![]() As for the shoes we aren't allowed boots but i don't mind my shoes as i think its appropriate to wear 'school shoes' to school rather than black sneakers like most people. Social thing but I m starting not to really care. You could try cutting your hair like a medium length or something, test it out maybe. What shoes are allowed at your school, for me I wore leather boots most of the time. I know that's not the same for every school though. I can't recall how much mine were, but there was not a big difference in the price. A lot of people aren't mature in high school, so there is all the judgement some people don't grow up though. Does the school say straight out girls can't wear pants, or is just a social thing. If it is a social thing, people are terrible in high school no matter what you do. For pants they weren't tight they were basically like dress pants really. That was the main difference, but girls weren't required to wear skirts. ![]() Guys could wear pants and shorts, while girls could wear pants and skirts. Not to mention the fact my parents would just be like 'The pants from *insert clothing store they are from here* are cheaper and they wouldn't make you look like a boy lets just get them' which is kinda ruining the idea that the whole reason i want the school pants.Īt my second high school it was uniform based, now I think of it was actually pretty gender neutral really. The problem it the girls pants (which aren't actually from the school but are basically considered our schools uniform) don't have a way i could wear a belt and the guys pants (which have to be purchased from the school) are more expensive and girls are looked down upon for wearing them. The shoes are fairly gender neutral just 'nerdy'if worn for boys. But I think shoes are a very good masculine piece of clothing to wear, I'm not sure if those are feminine shoes in your school but you could get such shoes like guys wear. With the trousers you can wear a belt with them so that they don't fall off or maybe you could ask for guy trousers and say you like the style better? That would be true anyway. Do I understand well that the top is a shirt, a sweater, a blazer and a tie? That seems quite neutral to me. I never had a school uniform but I'll give it a try. Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to give. ![]() I there even anyway of making this even remotely more gender neutral?! I could get the cheaper girls pants but they are tight fitting and flared at the ends so they look really feminine anyway and they also are known for falling down. (i couldn't get it to work as a picture I'm sorry) I also don't have a binder so my boobs also make me look more feminine, Help!įor safety reasons i don't want to share a picture of my school uniform but this is basically what i wear: I was wondering if you can think of anyway i can make my uniform more gender neutral as i can't afford to buy the school pants or shorts and I'm also not out to anyone yet. I have long blonde hair and I can't get it cut so i just put it up all the time. ![]() So I have a school uniform at my school and the problem is its a girls uniform but I'm Agender/Demigirl so wearing feminine clothes can make me feel bad about myself sometimes. ![]()
